Health News

Due to overwhelming demand for the new school requirement vaccines for 6th-12th graders, the Steuben County Health Department will be holding a clinic on Saturday September 11th from 10am-4pm. The clinic will be held at the community center in Angola in the basement, signage will be placed through the building. In order to receive vaccines the parent/guardian must fill out paperwork available at the clinic.  If the parent/guardian is not able to accompany their child they will need to come to our office and fill out paperwork prior to clinic and send paperwork with the adult accompanying their child. Also each child must have a complete immunization record at registration in order to receive vaccines. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There will be no exceptions. Clinic will run on a first come first serve basis as time permits.

All Senior Citzens(Age 55 and Above) and Children (under Kindergarten) - FREE for all events

SPORTS PASSES
K-12 Student Pass - $30.00 for entire academic year
Marine Pass - 25 admissions of any kind (Adult/Student) - $50.00
